every exhilarating! havent done rock climbing for a long while. we did the climb on the 25 m wall, super tired, only managed to reach 20m. second time worse, latic acid build up, only reach 16 m. then also did some bouldering. we were lucky to have one of our top national lady climber, beatrice, to coach us. her moves were sauve... very pro. the other guy was darren I think.
Mich was cool too, even though she has not exercise like so many years... I think women make good climbers... guys tend to use our brute strength but rock climbing is really abt techniques and shifting of weight (Disclaimer: just my perception, based on what I see). We later visited the rock gym... cool man, Another chill out place for family, shall bring guagua for climbing.
