Rain drops keep falling on my head

spending some time preparing resources for next term.... half way, digress and just finish flipping thru the newest edition of runner's world magazine. inspirational in terms of the personal stories of ordinary people who perservere thru running to weight loss. there was this story of a principal of a middle sch who picked up running to drop from 440 pounds to 180 pounds. there were also tips on personalising training plans to reach the best, well, this as always, appears in all isssues. in any case useful tips.

The rain seemed to have stopped.. great, no matter what, i will do a longer run tomorrow... with my new paramount.. hehe

to all dunmanians out there, you can do great things, if you believe in yourselves. step out and step up! This has always been my belief when I first joined the sch (that's one of the reasons that pulled me to join)... and after the class comm training on Mon and Tue, i see a lot of passion and the will to want to do something.

Guess it boils down to the level of Trust we have, and the quality time we need to spend in building relationships. I feel we are spending too much time looking at quantity (in terms of programmes, events, activities) that some how we forgot about the human factor, that connectedness. shall not dealt on it here since this can be read by all.. haha.. blog is a public domain.

but all i wanna say is... 德明 加油!
