anyway, was watching the athletics and women 10000 m final. my god, the athletes were running so effortlessly, eventually won by dibaba from ethopia in new Olympics record 29 mins plus. gosh! 10k in 29 mins.

My knees getting better, did 4km on treadmill. next week Army half-marathon. siao liao.

tomorrow, guagua sch's sports day. so fun, can bring him out for exercise. yeh yeh.
