today, woke up late and did a 21 km run. it was so d... hot. and I took almost 2-half hrs. anyway, saw two ex4A dumanians doing their training at bedok reservoir, i think they are in HCI dragon boat team..
well, good to step up now, plan to do a 30km run this weekend.
