argghh..
the day was wet and when i decided to go out for my run, i felt so lethargic, can only manage a 16 km run.
mm... maybe i am overtraining... just felt my body zapped of energy... I think i need to watch my diet and sleep. probably eating too much junk food?!?
this is not good. i must do one more 30km middle of the week. tat will be my weekly resolution. oosh!
Pain is temporary and quitting last forever.
