But i always enjoyed the street and cityscape of HK, i like the not-so-neat layout, the billboards and neonlights and the buzzing night life. it makes the city alive and organic, somehow, i find Singapore is too clean and clinical, but it is a personal preference, nothing against my homeland. LOL... oh, so we spent alot of time walking and eating and guagua incidentally enjoyed going to the "pasar malams". he is so funny. haha.
but the no of pple in HK has increased exponentially... went to Macau for a day trip. nothing much, jalan, and makan makan, then buy loads of macau specialties for colleagues and families and friends. the economic tsunami really hit macau hard i think. tourists really dropped as compared to the last time i was there, last yr i think.
anyway, has loads of dim sums and good food, did run on treadmills for abt 18km in 3 days. but still came back sick. bluurrrhh...
didnt do much shopping though, even travelled to Tung chung (the so-called factory outlets), but i just find that the stuff will not really that cheap. oh, in the end, my catch was a a lafuma backpack which is quite cool, allows me to put a water pack. haha (70S$). heehee
and if the world is not small enuff, i actually saw wenxin, one of the 4G girls i think looking blur outside a chinese dried stuff shop along nathan road near our hotel. small world. LOL
okie, gotta sleep.
here are some pics.
