I am feeling sick. sorethroat. I think age is catching up and my immunity system is really vulnerable nowadays. not enuff sleep and eat a bit of heaty stuff, gets sickish.

weekends will be another two feasts with families. really need to work out. sleep first.

bluurrhh

total: 15 km run, 65 km cycle
sums up a pathetic week of training. bluurrhh.... but TG i dragged myself up to go and cycle today (sunday). the ride was good though the head wind was really tough, blowing from the left front (diagonally), kindaf increase the resistance and workout. but the return leg was faster (wind behind). it was a good ride, I could have gone another 15 km or so, but decided not to exert too much.
