Wed - rain rain go away
Thur - AM: 4.5km, PM: 10.5 km Total: 15km,
woohoo... it was refreshing to run after a havy downpour, the air is clean, the temperature is cooling, and the pounding of the pavement is rhythmic with the squeaky watery sound. shiok man!
Fri - 5km recovery run, prepare for a bike and run leg tomolo. woosh!
Sat - 55km cycle (ave 32km/h); 2 km recovery run
it was tough, after the cycle leg. my left thigh was very tight. in the end just did a recovery run of 2km, more like straddling along the pavement. mmm... now i am thinking better do more such cross training leg in prep for the raw duathlon, and it is 10km run, 40 km cycle and 10 km run. body is getting battered. 8-P
Sun - sleep.
no running today. family time, lazy. bluurrhh...
will do a 20 km run tomolo morning. argh...
total: 38 km run 55 km cycle.
Mich is out of town, so i could only use evenings for runs.
