Going back to basics

today was uper busy, from morning till late afternoon. really need to strategise my style or I might just burn out.

Weekend was a feasting day, went twice to Turf city Ah Yat for seafood. why? got 40% discount haha, i like the prawns, uper fresh, but a pity i can't eat the chilli crabs bcos of my sore throat, still got steamed crab. woohooo... besides, we actually went to a friend's house to see lion dance and dragon dance cai qing. uper loud, me and guagua can't take the loud cymbals, so we hid behind the backyard to watch, so funny. but it was fun.

anyway, those who read my blog and after today's encounter, i hope you would understand why i put the earlier entry. If you dun, dun bother, bcos i really have no energy to elaborate, and anyway, what i wanna say had been said today.

and I managed to clock 10 km today. yeh!

Mon 2 Feb - 10 km run
Tue 3 Feb - 20km cycle (ave 30km/h)
Wed 4 Feb - 6 km run (tempo)
Thur 5 Feb - 12km run (negative split) woohoo..
Fri 6 Feb - rest
Sat 7 Feb - Swim
Sun 8 Feb - 40 km cycle (ave 33km/h)followed by 12 km run

Total: 60 km cycle 40 km run woosh!
