Mind and Soul

So how do we resolve such tensions? It calls upon our Character (our very heart, mind and soul) and for me, I totally agree with J C Maxwell, he said

"Integrity determines who we are and how we will respond before the conflict even appears. Inegrity welds what we say, think and do into a whole person so that permission is never granted for one of those to be out of sync."

Character and credibility makes a leader, not mere smartness and a clever brain.
