Give me strength

the pre-race jitterly and anxiety is building up. having taken part in so many races in the past and with 3 duathlons under my belt don't seem to have any calming effect. haiz. guess this is a human reflex?!? 8-)

anyway, today, i am supposed to wake up for a spin in the morning, ended up waking up at 7am. have to rush to sch. gonna really do a spin tomorrow morning and a short run to keep my muscles warm and conditioned. just iced my injured part.

i am gonna revised my target. going to aim for sub 3 hr finish (2 hr 45 min my PB), as for placing i let it be. setting PB yep yep... and most importantly, enjoy the race, afterall, this is a very flat course.



Give me strength



have self-belief
enjoy the race and
achieve inner peace
