Purpose and Meaning

Today ended up training on my own at changi coastal as WK can't make it. Not easy but tried to push my pace on the bike leg stayed at 35km/h for most parts of the course, with two loops of the selarang hills. total distance: 55km there abt. rough map below.

followed by a 7km transition run. quite amazed that i could maintain and picked up my pace.



finding purpose and meaning in what we do is not easy.
but life goes on.
