it was a tough bike leg. did 70km ride, upper thomson, mmdai, neo tiew, lim chu kang, tua, jurong, buona vista, farrer, adam, lornie. only WK and me went on this ride.
The pace for first 55 km was very hard, we really pushed the pace to ave of 38-39 km/h, even up the neo tiew slopes and the flyovers at ave 33 km/h. then kaboom! rain came. stucked at pasir panjang for 45 min before moving on. I hit the wall at adam going lornie. but managed to push the pace up towards the last 2 km.
now legs, so 酸。 but we are gonna run tomolo. last than 2 weeks to Powerman, woosh!
