Despite the tonnes of work (mainly paperwork) and marking of projects, managed to get in quite a few workouts. bcos of soreness in my knees and itb, focus alot this time round on non-impact workouts, i.e, cycling. and bcos of the haze and weather, did spinning sessions in the comforts of sch gym. woohoo. used the bike trainer and mounted my bike on.
it was pretty tough, easy 15 mins, alternate-leg sets, 10mins sets, 20 mins sets.... thanks to the ipod.
yesterday, decided to do a 8km tempo run.
today, went for deep massage and man, it was utter pain, but at least untie those muscles knots and release the stress on the knees becos of my tight quads.
shall sleep, gonna be a long day tomolo.
