Festive Belly

today's papers was kindaf cute in which there was a whole page in sports section dedicated to articles on how to work off that festive belly, i.e. the beer, pot, wabbly belly as a result of feasting during Xmas and new year.
I must confess I need to work off mine as well, having been feasting on ham, steaks, bbq, wine...

no wonder when I met friends during my recent cycling legs, we were commenting on each other's bulging bellies. LOL

So, today, another 30 km bike leg at 34km/h, followed by 7 km transition run. It was really tough with my new gained weight. but, somehow this motivates me to complete the two legs. eat doubly hard, exercise doubly hard, no pain, no gain. haha
