Another post.
My medical report is out. not good. despite my regular exercise, my LDL is high.
I need to watch my diet and sleeping habits. lack of rest, lack of restraint in terms of food intake...
time to exercise self-discipline in all aspects of my life. but on another note, I am really enjoying my runs. but need to be more structured and get my body to burn those visceral fat storage round my organs. heehee... recounting my biology knowledge.
okie, sleep time. ride and run tomorrow.
