But I am rediscovering the pure pleasure and the simple enjoyment from running: the self-drive and the self-discipline to put on a pair of running shoes and head out for a run, no baggage, no agenda. Just pure enjoyment.
I am a Purist.
track intervals for the past couple of weeks peppered with 6 to 8 km tempo runs.
Just do it.
