I love the sun,

I like the sensation of sunrays

on the skin

and the perspiration that

accompanied

beach volleyball,

hard pedalling.

40km ride

up and down changi coastal

strong winds

mid-afternoon sun

pure and simple

enjoyment.

Haha, today, could not wake up in the morning so decided to head down for a mid-afternoon ride. wow, quite a ride.

yup, I have just changed my wheelset to gipiemme, got at a good price.

gonna try it out tomorrow morning.

Yesterday's DHS SH Sports Carnival. headed down with the lads to have some beach volleyball games with students. I enjoyed this kind of interaction through sports. I enjoyed seeing students actively engaged in the outdoors and most important, having fun. And I hope they do cherish such times with their peers, because time passes and will not return.

Memories will stay forever.

Gonna skip all WC matches. All these dikum by octopus and parrot sensationalise and devalue the sports. and I have better things to do. May Destuche win the 3rd and Oranje wins the WC.
