Relief

Back to work today after a long weekend hiatus.

worked non-stop till 4 plus. thank god the rain stopped and I headed out for a 11 km run, go along geylang road and including the steep slope climb up sheares bridge.

wonderful. felt recharged and relieved. Running is always a stress relief for me. and today, I kept humming this song "Club can't even handle me" by Flo Rida in my head.

focus. LOL

time to get my work and training on track again.
