after a whole week of inactivity and two sessions of intense sports massage, my knee is getting better. tight quad and abductor muscles strains the ligaments to the knee cap and caused friction and misalignment. something like that. Age is catching up.
Shall do some light run tomorrow morning.
did a CSII polishing of my car today. 4-hr wait. car shining like sparkle now haha. hope it is as what is advertised, shiny for a long time. got 18 mths warranty. But i must say it is a great job by the company. Those with new car or car in need of good polish should try it.
