anyway, just like fb update is not enough, I just wanna announce that I have done 2 loops of 10.6 km at MacRitchie today. woohoo... a great sense of achievement, for me, with the fact that I have not done beyond 15 km for a super long time. not enough for the Sabah challenge though.
shall target 3 loops by Sat before tapering.
