this week has been a busy week. wife went KL for 2 days. not enough sleep. but manage to squeeze in a run on thurs morning to work. this time round quite slow, 15 km for 1 hr 15 mins. anyway, went to support my school's B girls basketball team, their first match.
they won comfortably but they committed alot of defensive errors. poor girls, got blasted by the coach after the match. well, they will get better. hope they win the zonal champions. 8-)
after that, went for a bbq with student councilors and some colleagues. had a good time there.
today, did a 8-9km run in the afternoon sun. think alot of people look at me in amazement, think I am xiao. haha. but good training since I am preparing for the coming duathlon which starts relatively late. so running will be in the sun (unless it rains, touch wood!)
mmm... shall go for the phuket international marathon in june.
