Dream...

finally, did a 5 km run yesterday... on gym treadmill..8-P it has been a while since i run, becos of my sore throat. did 3 laps of 800m intervals with a spped of 4:16min/km and last 200m at a speed of 4min/km. after that did some weights. gosh, new year's really a feasting time. ate so much for dinners after dinners. very jia luk. think I shld go for another run today.

CNY has been quite peaceful this yr. besides house visits on chu yi. yesterday, spent whole day at home, watched Kind Kong DVD, Stephen Chow's Kungfu halfway, before my sis and hubby came. went to parents place for dinner.

watched Coyote Ugly on Channel 5 last nite. quite like the show, of course besides the hit song "can't beat the Moonlight", and the sexy bodies dancing here and there, there is this female protaganist, a song writer, who eventually conquered her fear of stage fright and sang her own song. there is this interesting quote that she and her bf asked each other, something like "what would you do if you realise your dream..."

dream... everyone should have a dream, if not life will be so boring, actually my dream changed from time to time and I have alot of dreams... think I day dream alot.. haha... one of the most persistent dream that I have is to own a cafe bar on a beautiful beach with white sand ... so that i can laze around, serve drinks to people and sun tan and play beach volleyball or windsurf.. haha .. although I am a lousy swimmer. have been having this dream ever since I watched this japanese series "Beach Boys"... me wife was saying that I xiao and vain. always wanna go into the sun.... wait kanna skin cancer.. haha...

well, it's just a dream. everyone shld have a dream and perhaps work towards that dream... it adds meaning to your life.

tomorrow dunman high celebrate CNY yeeehh... shall wear bright red like a firecracker or angbao.. haha... after that teachers got lohei lunch... hope they lohei first becos han ge and me are gonna rush down to support our sch's volleyball girls in their first matches... tough ones. pray they win tomorrow. ... mmm.. think of it, tomorrow i shall step away from the podium during flag raising. let the Student councilor take over for a tick. it's festive season, and my presence on stage is gonna kindaf dampen the mood... then, slowly i shall fade into the background.. haha
