tired these 2 days. just came back from alumni dinner, thanks to alumni, this is my 6th time lou hei.
need to sleep, summary of training
thur - 3 rounds of track, 635am.... then stomach ache
Fri (today) - 30 km bike (east coast service road) at ave 31 km/h
Sat (16/2) tomorrow - bike 60-65 km (target)
Sun (17/2) - 20 km run (East coast with safra)
