training this week so far...

Mon- tired did 2.4 km track at 630 am - 10 mins

Tue - 30 km bike - ave 33 km/h - 53 mins - 6am - changi costal road
- 4 km track (2.4 km in 11 min followed by 1.6 km)

Wed - tired, didnt run, went to support Table Tennis girls in the hall instead. both B and C girls won

I haven't been doing a lot of mileage for runs. mmm.. need to step up
