GO DUNMAN GO!

ok. after the chim entry...

quick update
wed - did 5 km quick tempo run in the morning at ECP b4 sch. legs felt heavy but pushed myself to do it in 25 min with quick sprints for last 800 m

then did on treadmill in the evening back at condo gym, 4.2 km intervals with 4 x 200 m sprints, legs felt lighted and did some weights.

hype up for tomorrow, wish trackers the very best and all dunmanians to cheer their hearts out for our fellow peers. very inspired by P's talk this morning, humble and yet inspiring!
