woke up late. brought guagua for run at tmp stadium instead.
he did around 4 rounds of 400m, walk and run, not bad for a 4 yr old. can do 150m at one go. then he started going up and down the stadium steps. well, shld bring him for runs more often.
mich going HK for work again.
oh, there's the citi-milk run coming in Jul. yeh! but quite costly, $30 for men competitive 8.4 km. check it out.
alright, prep to go for Band concert tonite.
