Another day.
another few hrs before the start of new sch week.
time really flies.
today, abit zuo bo. morning went for 10 km run. 1 hr, with 3 x 200m slopes.
then rushed back, send mich to airport, had breakie there and then, drove down to ITE Simei with guagua to support the trackers in their all-comers.
the gals finished their sprints events by the time we arrived. but anyway, the guys did relatively well. 200m is really not easy... esp the last 50m.
went to washed my car, bought food and books for guagua and went back to ITE Simei for 2nd half of the meet. Jayne, Jingyi and Qian Jun did well, jayne came in 2nd, Jingyi with her last burst of energy came in 5th in the same 800 m finals, and qian jun also came in 5th in her 3000m.
got my hair cut...
