woohoo.. today's citi-milk run. why call Citi-milkrun? i dunno. check out the website: http://www.milkrun.sg/
i am both amazed and surprised myself by clocking 45 mins for 9.4 km despite having super aching butts (oops! gluts i mean 8-)), legs and back. I chionged all the way, esp the last stretch of 2km, and then the last 500m, squeezed and winched all my "milk-strength" and psychoing/reciting in my mind with my fav Armstrong quote "Pain is temporary, quitting lasts forever" over and over again.
but the race was very very packed. from 800 runners when it first started to this year's 10000. wasay, so cramped with runners. anyway, well, just do it...for the kids that need care and concern.
The after-effects of this physical xiong-ness will probably come tomorrow, actually, it is coming, i can feel it..
ouch! my butts. 8-P

I will away on 5 months course.
