anyway, I was watching the recorded men and women triathlon final. sensational wins.
I also enjoyed every nite's telecasts of the athletics, there is always this adrenalin rush for me when it comes to running
oh, Bolt won the 200m, actually looking at the 100m and the manner he won, it is no surprise, he is definitely a class above the rest. wat a big gap, jamaicans dominate the sprints tis yr siah.

Mon - 5 km hills (on treadmill)
Tue - rest
Wed - 5.2 km (tempo run), 2.4 km run, rowing machine 2km
thur - rest
Fri - NIE director's Race relay
Sun - Army Half Marathon
so exciting
oh, i was communicating to a runner abt his run at gobi desert (250 km), think hv to start preparing soon, including saving $$$
