Anyway, woke up by guagua early in the morning, so managed to catch the powerful run by 38yr old romanian Constantina Tomescu in the Women marathon. sensational win that saw a number of casualties, notably, deena kastor from US and our dear paula Raudcliffe (world record holder), sigh... but at least she finished.

The day ended with the Jamaican women dominated the 100m sprint finals. what a run. 10.78 s. Shelly-Ann Fraser is not tall, in fact she was the shortest amongst the 3 jamaicans but her turnover is superb... and she lead by at least 2 strides. gosh!

(look at her short but muscular legs. LOL)
Of course, watched the table tennis women's team finals, some very good exchanges but the chinese are too strong. but well, first medal after 48 yrs. good lah. 8-)
oh oh, i almost forgot, china women vball beat japan 3-0 but they will both into the QF bcos poland lost. oooohooo.. 8-)
anyway, I was inspired by the marathon that i went for a 10km run, did it in 50 mins. knees still abit strained, but just take it easy this sun's army half-marathon.
tomorrow, women's triathlon finals in the morning, gonna record it. haha
i am crazy, but it is 4 yrs once, so who cares. 8-)
