Argghh...

I am supposed to hand in a 1500 word reflection journal by today and I seriously have problems reflecting.

anyway,
Mon - 6 km
Tue - rest
Wed - 9 -10 km
Thur - aim to run 10 km (ITB is hurting, massaging now, ouch!)
Fri - rest
Sat - aim for 8 km
Sun - aim for 12 km

back to reflecting...

all the best to peeps having EOYs and promos and later ur O and A levels.
