I just went on to plough 32 km this morning. started at 710am,from simei, went along tampines to loyang, hit changi coastal route, down to East coast, make a U turn at near ECP Macdonald's,hit the bedok underpass, pass the Bedok Camp, along the small road outside Laguna Golf club, hit Changi Industrial park, Expo, and up the killer slope of Upper Changi before reaching home. phew!
but it was a killer, hit the wall at 24 km, so the rest of the 8km is run, walk, straddle.
I probably need to do another 30km before tapering.
xiong ah. shiok ah... haha
