bing bom biang

another busy week ahead.

I had better get used to the walking and moving from one place to another. today's was shuffling between different assemblies. Hope I can slim down becos of this walking.LOL. so the moral is: don't take lifts, walk the stairs. (let the trs have priority to the lifts, kay? 敬老尊贤. LOL

Looking at the current climate, Times are bad. so, let hold our heads together and show prudence in what we do and spend. I am gonna channel my energy to running and cycling, spend less in material cost, spend more in energy. (mmm.. so chim...)

anyway, another week of training. mileage has been relatively low, 40 km run per week. need to slowly raise the bar. time to STEP UP. woohoo.

Mon 19/1 - 25 km cycle ECP (ave 31km/h)
Tue 20/1 - 6km run
Wed 21/1 - 6km run
Thur 22/1 - 12 km run (tempo) ECP... woohoo
Fri 23/1 - 20 km bike
Sat 24/1 - 打扫除
Sun 25/1 - 打扫除

Total: 45 km bike and 24 km run (super low 8-(... blurrhhh)

OMG, CNY is just round the corner and i havent even start spring cleaning. terrible.
