#20-what is Char Kway Teow?
Char Kway Teow is a local food delicacy (in my view, haha), chinese flat noodles fried in sweet black sauce with bean sprouts, fish cake, chinese sausages and cockles (that's my fav, forget abt Hep B). Used to be fried in lard. high in cholestrol. One of those indulgences I take once in a while.
