every little step

came back with guagua from the Aviva Ironman. Decided to spend the last day of sch hols watching the ironmen and women putting their guts into competing in the event. reach there at abt 1115 just in time to watch the run leg. Macca and Crowie had completed, dun know who won.
heard crowie won. well, ...8-!

anyway, it is inspirational to see more than 1000 athletes running their heart and soul. saw and cheered a no. of running friends. Snr MOS Teo SL also participated (but he is a Triathlete anyway).

Guagua was playing sand at the beach all the while, haha, anyway, he clapped with me when the athletes went past us.

whole day well-spent with guagua, at least i got him outdoors, now I hv to look at the pile of work. 8(

but first, i will head out for my long run. woohoo...
