After resting for one and a half weeks, last week, i decided to start running on Thur (happens to be off day because of good A level results). Didnt wanna stress my back too much, did a 9 km run. Following day, did a 12 km run and I spent the weekend resting. Anyway, the weather was so good for sleeping. LOL
Sat brought guagua to this Little Arts Academy at Paradiz Centre, it is a interesting place, run by the Parliament Arts House Ltd, it aims to bring arts to the Heartlanders, so a lot of the kids are exempted from fees and participated in different art forms. anyway, guagua and his buddy were there to learn the arts thru pizza making. interesting. then stayed a little longer for some performances by the participants (like end of term showcase), bcos there was a VIP.
