Ok, it is a lame joke. I have very low arch for my feet, almost like Plantar Fasciitis and this has come and bug me on and off.

now I am suffering from this left foot strain and my knees are having lingering pain. And it got worse this afternoon when i was doing my 18 km run so much that I have to stop after 6km and walked all the way back home. arrggh... I think I need to get a new pair of orthotics or shoes.

I think I will stop running this weekend and change to cycling. shall try a few Selarang hills loops on my bike tomorrow morning.
