Life is Beautiful

what on earth happened to my Post editor toolbar. i can't seem to find it and i can't load pictures. crap.

Anyway, have been busy and a bit sick past couple of days. I was feeling sicklish on Mon and tue.

Wed: decided to run, have been doing track workouts in our beloved sch tracks. So bouncy and red (Synthetic track). LOL
4 x 400- warm up at 1:45 min per round
6 X 400- in 11:18 min
rest
2 x 400- 3:20 min
1 x 400- cool down

oh oh, I must blog about this. after my run, i went for my first even sports deep massage. got this contact from WK. A lot of our national athletes go to him. The 1 hour was super agonising and the pain was intolerable, I was biting the face towel for the whole one hr. He told me by lower limbs muscles are super tight. And it is not good for blood circulation. after the massage, felt much better. I am going there next week.

Thur: did another series of track workouts.
2 x 400 - warm up at 1:50min
5 times of 800 m intervals:
1st round - 3:15min
2nd round - 3:30min
3rd round - 3:28min
4th round - 3:26min
5th round - 3:24min
300 times skipping

I am getting more disciplined in my training. yeh!

Sat is Inter-constituency run. jiayous!
