Ups and Downs

today was a little tough. picked up WK at 620am. reached Upper Peirce at 650am.

bike leg 25 km. upper thomson, mandai sembawang and back. the slopes were a killer but it was good training. after that did a 7 km run into the reservoir with the steep hills of ups and downs. prata and teh alia after that before heading back home. I think both of us didnt push too hard on the distance but more on the intensity, esp the slopes on both bike and runs.

overall: moderately tough.

it was good start to build mileage, speed and power. good place for training.

look forward to another session. woosh!
