WYSIWYG

The title suggests What You Sow Is What You Get.

this week has been hectic... actually think of it, which week or day hasn't been?!? 8-P

For my students,
I just wanna share this, always be mindful of what choices you make, based it on sound values of Integrity and Honesty. resorting to unscrupulous means to achieve your goals will only make you look cheap and deny yourself of a chance to prove your ability. too tired and I don't think I wanna wash laundry in a public domain like the internet.

well, back to my training
really slack this week. WK and me did a track workout on Tue. 5 x 1km intervals at
4:45 min, followed by 4:30 min rest
4:35 min followed by 3:30min rest
4:20 min followed by 3:30 min rest
4:15 min followed by 3:30 min rest
4:45 min
then did some core training

Wed, Thur and Fri - too busy to train.
Thur also went for deep massage and OMG, it was real pain.

Today: 10 km run, did it in around 46 to 47 min. I was trying to pace WK but he was too fast. I was also weary of the AHM tomolo so I held back until the last 1-2 km when I decided to skip AHM, then I picked up my pace. Dave, as usual, was the speedy gonzales, i think he came in 1st with a time of 38min. and he is doing AHM tomolo?!! Youth is wealth. LOL. After his prize presentation, we adjourned for breaky at Siglap killinery and had a good chat.

So yes, I am gonna skipped AHM tomolo. the daunting thought of over-straining my legs and 70000 people squeezing along the roads killed my remaining lingering thoughts of going. So, paid $35 for the Tee. But, will be doing a recovery Bike and run leg with WK tomolo at ECP. On hindsight, it was unrealistic of me to signed up for two races back to back.

so, for frens and students going for the AHM, jiayous!

my legs are aching, need to stretch... urrgghh...
