in this oldies Lassie faire mood. must be the start of one-week sch hols. LOL time really flies... kindaf worried about my own management of time, so many things left undone. talk abt self-discipline. 8-P

going for this Overseas CIP training in Philippines for a week. a dream comes true. shall explore possibilities for students.

gonna miss guagua and mich though.

training is sporadic this week becos of meetings. but managed to do an intensive track workout on thur with 2 x 1km, 1 x 2km and 2 x 1 km. Then today, rained out but managed to do a 7k tempo run. tomolo (actually it is later in a few hours time) training with WK in sch, before departing on tue. woosh!
