I shall focus on the positive.
On a more positive note, running is taking its purest form. No concerns abt upcoming races and events, just self-driven, self-motivated workouts.
WK and I are coming out with a more structured approach, gradually. currently getting the body to be on this fat-burning mode by doing longer runs that are not anaerobic, varying the intensities with days of track workouts and tomorrow, time to hit the gym for the upper bodies and core muscles.
So far, on weekends, cycling at higher intensities (ave 38-40km/h) and longer runs is my own focus, but time is not on my side. talking abt that, I have not cleaned my bike since Dec 09, which is kindaf bad.

guagua, after 3 lessons with me and mich, can cycle two wheels! I think it is breaking the psychological barrier (or to quote from today's talk, getting him to get out of the comfort zone (from the 4 wheels bike)), he is sooo.. ecstatic. Currently, he is taking swimming lessons. time to toughen him up!
