身段

有很多时候,要学会放下身段, 不要太执着。
退一步海阔天空。

past two days training was on the high intensity side... especially after dormant for weekend.

Mon short run on Marang trail to Alexandra Hill, Mount Faber and Henderson Waves were a killer, upslope and my gluts ache like mad from the volleyball games. LOL

Tue 3 x 800 m (abt 3:10 mins intensity)

Wed 3 x 2 km (9:40min, 9:30min, 9:08min), then while doing the fourth set of 2 km, i was totally spent/punctured (only did 1.2 km at 5:40min).

Thur gym workout with 35 mins of intense biometric exercises and skipping to train the stability and core muscles. aches. ouch!

I really need to cycle tomorrow morning.

haiz, aaron's out of idol. it is getting tougher each week to vote out the contestants.
