Judge

"Judge not, and ye shall not be judged; condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned; forgive, and ye shall be forgiven." - Luke 6:37

I think many of us are quick to judge, is it human's nature to be critical and problem seeking? Judge by first impression, judge by a word/phrasae/sentence, judge by own values vs organisational or societal values, judge by own belief system, judge by personality traits and behaviour and the list goes on. I, myself, because of my own idiosyncracies and values, is guilty of such judgemental behaviour.

There is again another case of using words that is deemed as offensive to another belief system. I shan't dwell on that further. but, i think as a person of influence or any human being, the baseline is really respect. And we have to be really mindful of what we say, because words hurt more than any other means.
