Haiz, Jap could have drawn the match. But Dutch is good, i think the best bet for Europe.

Finally able to do two runs on Fri and today. Short but relatively intense tempo runs.

Fri - did the Aviva Half Ironman run route.
Sat - did a 8 km tempo run at 5:45min pace.


Hope tomorrow's morning weather will be good.

time to take stock and get my engine going. I shall finish reading more books.
