For some strange reasons, the weather nowadays fluctuates like flickering candle lights. Yesterday was a hot hot day, today was a rainy and windy day. Temperature dropped to cool mid 20s and felt sleepy.

no way to cycle. went for the movie Inception with Mich. quite interesting movie, though we might have set too high an expectations because of comments from frens.

Thank god I brought my bike trainer back home. so did a 50 min bike session at the comforts of home. high cadence.

I have been watching the 2009 Kona coverage which I uploaded in my previous entry. Every time I watch, I get inspiration from the pros as well as those ordinary contestants. I know some will be pretty cynical about such endeavours; why subject to such physical torture, trying to show off etc. I guess everyone makes their own choice to find meaning in their own lives.

Yup, hard work, dedication, discipline and sacrifice; for everything that we do or we are tasked to do, whether we like it or not.
