have been really busy. I think the number of meetings i had these 3 weeks is equivalent to the number I had for the whole year. LOL
but still managed to squeeze in at least 5 training per week. But my sleeping pattern has been quite disruptive. A sign of stress?
This week, 5 km run, 20 km bike plus 2 km tempo run, track workout 3 x 1 km, and 35 hard spin bike leg at changi coastal.
Shall target a good bike and run leg tomorrow.
