Life is beautiful

Last evening,
Attended a beautiful wedding,
of dear friend, fellow running companion and confidente.
Simple, touching,
warm and down to earth.
Marriage,
is love and true to the hearts.

This morning,
headed for a 17 km terrain run,
up and down,
the rolling hills,
fresh air, pounding feet.
and I met an old friend,
lost touch for more than 20 years.
Warm and elated.

Running is simple,
running is beautiful,
and
Life is beautiful.
