Haha, realise that there are actually people coming to my blog. now cannot be called personal diary liao... anyway, anything on the net is in public domain. so I have edited my Mon's entry... it was 有感而发, so dun wanna offend anyone.

anyway, training so far
Tue - 20 km bike, ECP, with slopes 40 mins ave 30.5km/h
Wed (Today) - 30 km bike ECP, with slopes 54 mins ave 32 km/h; 10 x 400 m run track

anyway, for the run today, it was a good run, ran with ethan, a change from running alone. it was a good pace, one thing abt running in a group is really that spirit to spur each other on, and not to let each other down.. and also can talk haha.

good run. shld I run tomorrow?
